TAMPA, FL – With nearly 24K tickets sold to date, the hotly anticipated influencer charity boxing event Creator Clash 2, returning on April 15, 2023, today announces a brand-new match-up: popular chess pro and influencer Andrea Botez (ItsAndreaBotez) versus award-winning Challenge Accepted creator Michelle Khare. Their addition to the schedule marks the fourth female match-up, which features 12 total match-ups.

 

"My first introduction to boxing happened through a mere accident when I signed up for a chess boxing championship,” said Andrea Botez. “Even though I only had six weeks to train for that fight, during that time I felt a new type of discipline and focus that I hadn’t experienced since I quit competitive chess. Training for Creator Clash 2 has been one of the most difficult things I’ve done, but I know my opponent, Michelle Khare, is working just as hard and it is an honor to fight her!"

 

“I am so grateful to Anisa, Ian, and Creator Clash for cultivating such a special space for creators to come together to raise money for a good cause — while also providing an opportunity for us to challenge ourselves to new heights, mentally and physically,” said Michelle Khare. “I’m stoked to be in the ring with Andrea Botez as one of the four female fights featured this year.”

 

Also unveiled today is title sponsor, Raid Energy, a brand-new sports and energy drink launching just before the event.

 

Sanctioned by the Florida State Boxing Commission, Creator Clash 2 puts a positive, collaborative light on influencer boxing and brings people from the digital community together for a common goal: giving back. With all net profits going to charity, last year’s event raised a collective contribution of $1.3M. This year’s fighter-chosen causes include Sarcoma Foundation of America, Critical Role Foundation, American Heart Association, Kids Cancer Foundation, Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, Paralympic Sports Association, Humane Society of America, American Kidney Fund, The Able Gamers Charity, National Alliance on Mental Illness, and The Longest Day.
